This guy…
The King.
Sunday Afternoon
So today was rather awesome. It started out with going to my little cousins’ birthday party at my cousin Jakes apartment complex out in Anaheim. Levi, now 3, and then Cooper, now 1. They’re cute:). I held Cooper after his lunch for a while so he could nap which bumped him up a few notches on my cutest kids list. Once that was over I met up with the sister and Katie Cusack to drive out to LA [as I changed in the back seat] to meet up with a distant cousin I hadn’t seen since the 3rd grade…so 12 years ago. We had dinner at the infamous Mel’s Diner, where our waitress was as legit as can be, and told us all about the famous people we had questions about. It pains me to say my favorite actress, Jennifer Aniston, who I used to think would be a really nice person, is apparently a crazy ***** [according to the waitress], but how she described her made her sound very OCD. I kinda figured she’d hate serving Lindsay Lohan considering how she’s been living life, but it was even worse than I’d thought, which was also a bit of a bummer. Fortunately, Brad & Angie are actually nice people, so I don’t have to totally dislike them for ruining Jen An’s life seeing as I now may know why. Hollywood is an intense place…and if I could, I’d work at that diner so I could see all this myself. lol. After dinner, we parked and walked up and down the star walk where there were guys that break danced for all of 10 seconds but their “show” was rather long…basically all clapping and saying “come closer” and whatever racist comments they could think of. We got several pictures with different star names that we saw and thought were legit and also saw a Michael Jackson impersonater that kinda freaked us out because he looked exactly like him. After that we headed to a hot spot for ice-cream [Diddy Riese] and that was definitely awesome. Even better, it only cost $6.50 for a load of ice-cream and 3 things of milk. lol. After taking my cousin back to UCLA, where she’s been staying, I drove the rest of us home while rocking out to Carrie Underwood’s CD, Play On. Love it.
Anywho, that concludes my final weekend in California before my big move. :)
